About Us

Diane McKeever, founder of Community Talent Hub, has spent more than 30 years championing lifelong learning and the use of technology to make people more effective and their lives easier. A published author, she taught technology to over 100,000 adult students.

After relocating to Florida in 2012, Diane continued her work by teaching at Suncoast Technical College's Adult & Community Enrichment (ACE) program as well as in residential communities in the Sarasota area.

While working with these residential communities, Diane noticed a common challenge: a communication disconnect between communities seeking specialized talent to fill their entertainment calendars and the talented individuals in the area ready and willing to offer their services. Without an organized way to inform the communities of their availability, this frustrating gap remained. This observation sparked the idea for a platform to bridge this gap. Community Talent Hub is Diane’s solution to remedy the communications challenge.

The Hub is a direct reflection of Diane's belief that there is a wealth of talent within Southwest Florida. The mission of Community Talent Hub is to simplify the process for communities to find the talent to entertain their residents and to provide talented individuals with a platform to publicize their availability directly to the residential communities.
