When used in these Terms and Conditions or elsewhere on the Community Talent Hub Website, or in any communication, the following terms shall have the meaning specified.
- “Hub” shall mean Community Talent Hub, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company
- “Website” shall mean www.communitytalenthub.com
- “Talent” shall mean an entertainer who has been listed on the website or who desires to become listed on the website
- “Community” shall mean a residential community, club, or other organization using the Website in search of a Talent to provide entertainment for the community, club, or other organization.
- “Services” shall mean entertainment offered by a Talent
Information About The Hub
- Overview: Community Talent Hub is a dedicated platform that facilitates the connection between communities and local talent. The Hub serves exclusively as a matchmaking service, facilitating introductions between interested parties.
- No Agency Relationship: Community Talent Hub is not a talent agency, employer, or representative of either Communities or Talent. The Hub does not participate in, oversee, or benefit from any negotiations, agreements, or transactions that may occur between users of this platform.
- User Responsibility: All users of this website are solely responsible for vetting potential connections, conducting due diligence, and negotiating the terms of any engagement.
- No Guarantees: While the Hub strives to facilitate valuable connections, Community Talent Hub makes no guarantees regarding the availability, qualifications, or performance of talent, the suitability of any Community venue, nor the success or outcome of any interactions or events.
- Website Participation: The Hub may remove a Talent or a Community from the Website if it becomes, in its sole judgment, appropriate to do so.
Obligations of the Talent
- The Talent will accurately describe services offered and experience in providing such services.
- The Talent will provide such insurance as is required by the Community in the performance of the Talent’s Services.
Obligations of The Community
- The Community will communicate directly with the Talent.
- The Community will negotiate compensation, payment terms, and other terms, such as insurance requirements, scheduling, and other logistics, in good faith with the Talent.
